San Antonio high school students walk out to protest gun violence
foxsanantonio.com
Earlier in the day, students at Jefferson High School organized a rally to remember the students killed in school shootings since 1999.
I went to my kids school and found out, totally by accident. Wasn’t notified and my kid had no idea what it was about, she didn’t participate (proud of her) Do not support this, very angry how they used my kids for politics without my consent or knowledge and North Side ISD has been pushing my phone calls to voice mail.
They aren’t protesting anything. They are being used as pawns and the kids are just happy they have a reason to leave class.
If the purpose of school is to prepare youth to become productive members of society, they should be treated in the same manner as if they walked off the job. Suspend them.
Those little shits walked out because its 420.. No other reason. Gtfo with this bullarchy
They need to walk for ending violence due to thier own behavior and environment that they themselves create. If they accepted others. Prevented "clicks" among eachother learned to accept eachother. Then things will change. They need to focus on what lead to someone getting punched, stabbed or shot. What in thier own created environment needs to change to end ALL violence?
If my kids walked out sas.
Kids utilize these things just to skip school. I'll bet half of them are at McDonald's or at a friend's house.
You mean children got a chance to leave class for a few minutes without repercussions? You do realize that they would have done that for any reason?
Student should never be allowed to walk out of schools for any type of protest. Schools are responsible for those students while they’re at school. School should take responsibility and keep those students in the classroom they are there to learn things that will help them in life not protest
They walked out of class not off campus.. Calm down with the it's 420 crap.
It's the mentality of the kids that DO the shooting NOT the weapon they choose!! How about giving these kids MORE attention on how they handle life's pressures and perhaps the home environment and temprament of society pressure,, Homework pressure,, bullying pressure,, and parenting pressure,,
They should all be expelled for the remainder of the school year it's just an excuse to skip school
The schools should have locked the doors when they walked out and not let them back in. 😂😂😂 Let them be a burden on their parents, not the school.
If we parents asked our kid to walk out of school... we would be charged with neglect and be held accountable by CPS!!!!! Total BS
Everyone should get a F for the day. And it should be on their record. Any teacher or Staff that allow this should be fired.
They walked out to get high its 420
Not my kid. She's on choir trip good luck Bradley choir and Orchestra!
How many did this walk out trigger?
Bull💩!! They didn't walk out to protest gun violence, they walked out to skip class.
I bet some went home just to smoke weed hahaha
Just plain stupid!!!
They just wanted to get out of class on this nice day
They will walk out just to walk out .... lmmfao
any excuse to get out of class works

Texas farmers hit hard by Chinese sorghum tariffs
expressnews.com
China announced tariffs of nearly 179 percent, leaving Texas farmers to scramble for new markets. The grain terminal at the port of Corpus Christi on Tuesday stopped accepting sorghum, as virtually all of the exports were for China.
Start selling sorghum to Americans again.
Where is Sid Miller ??? He never does his job.
boycott all Chinese products --BUY American
I don't think that the tarriffs are permanent. This is more like white bishop to black knight in the corner square.
NO! but its all about the steel.
